Your Workspace Analytics dashboards give you a clear view of your audience engagement, traffic, and fan interactions — all in one place. The data updates every hour, so you’ll always have fresh insights at your fingertips.
Navigating the Dashboards
Workspace Analytics includes multiple dashboards, each focusing on a different part of your fan journey:
- Traffic – visits, clickthroughs, and referrals
- Pre-Save – pre-save activity and conversion rates
- Pre-Save Subscriptions – Pre-save opt-ins to receive future releases
- Email Subscriptions – fan emails collected through your links
- Pre-Save Delivery Notifications - Messages sent to fans who opted in via pre-save and future releases, notifying them when the release goes live
You can switch between dashboards at the top of the page.
Using Filters
Filters let you drill down into your data by:
- Date range
- Country
- Link and Link Title
- Channel (e.g. Instagram, TikTok)
- Channel Type, Browser, Referrer, Service (depending on dashboard)
Sticky Filters
Filters are sticky, which means they stay applied as you move between dashboards. For example, if you select “Previous Month” on the Traffic dashboard, the same date range will remain selected when you move to Pre-Save or Email Subscriptions.
Exporting Data
You have two ways to export information from the dashboards:
- Export the full dashboard to PDF
- Click Export to PDF in the top right corner to save a screenshot of the entire dashboard.
- Export card-level data to CSV
- Each card (e.g. Top Links, Referrers, Fan Email List) has a three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- From here, you can export the underlying data as a CSV file.
- This is especially useful if you want to download all your fan email addresses in one go from the Fan Email List card.
Key Metrics to Watch
- Traffic Dashboard: Visits, Clickthroughs, Active Clickthroughs, Clickthrough Rate
- Pre-Save Dashboard: Pre-save Clicks, Authenticated Pre-saves, Conversion Rate
- Pre-Save Subscriptions Dashboard: Subscriptions, Conversion Rate, Top Links driving sign-ups
- Email Subscriptions Dashboard: Where your subscribers come from (country, city, referrer, channel)
- Pre-Save Delivery Notifications Dashboard: Email performance (Delivered, Failed, Opened, Clickthrough to DSP)
These insights help you understand not just how many fans are engaging, but also where they’re coming from and which channels are most effective.
Practical Examples
- Want to know which channel is driving the most clicks? → Go to Journey Origins under Traffic.
- Need to export your email subscriber list? → Open the Fan Email List card in Email Subscriptions and export the CSV.
- Looking at performance over a specific time frame? → Use the Date Filter once and keep it applied as you move through each dashboard.
