The Connect section in Workspace settings lets you manage the actions fans are shown immediately after they pre-save a release via any pre-save link across the Workspace.

This currently applies only to pre-save links. For other link types (like bio or release links), email forms and other fan-facing components are still configured at the link level.

Pre-Save Subscriptions

When fans pre-save one of your upcoming releases, they’ll be shown a Connect tray—a customizable screen where you can invite them to subscribe to future updates or take further action.

By enabling pre-save subscriptions, fans who opt in will have future releases added to their library without needing to pre-save again. They’ll also be notified by email when new content is added to their library (for example, when a release goes live).

Email Sign-Ups

In addition to the pre-save subscription flow, you can also collect emails for your marketing newsletters using email sign-up block.

You can customise the header and subtext to grab fan’s attention.

We're continuing to expand what's possible in the Connect tray. Upcoming enhancements include:

• Follow Artist or Playlist

  Let fans follow you or your playlists on supported DSPs directly from the tray.

• Personal Message

  Add a short message, image, or video to the top of the tray to thank fans, share exclusive content, or encourage them to subscribe to future updates.

• Link Out

  Continue the journey by directing fans to a destination of your choice
