Linkfire offers an integration with the TikTok Pixel. It is currently available in Standard and Developer Mode.
Standard Mode
Create events in Events Manager, and install the base code on your website. Track website visitor actions with Click Events and/or URL Events.
Developer Mode
Developer Mode is an implementation method for the TikTok Pixel that provides flexibility for event configuration and allows advertisers to send predefined parameters in addition to events.
Pixel event code is what enables you to report on the specific actions or events to track for conversion purposes. Parameters give you an additional layer of information on top of the events.
These are the events that are currently supported on Linkfire landing pages: PageView, ClickButton, ViewContent
For the ClickButton Event, there are three TikTok-defined parameters:
- content_id: id - information about the service ID
- content_name: data-label - information about service name clicked
- content_category: data-category-type - information about type of button clicked
There are no parameters required to be sent in the PageView and ViewContent events.
Note: For users who opt not to be tracked, the pixel will not report events.
