In order to expedite any API-related support request as fast and effective as possible, please include the below details when applicable:
- Full request, including URL called, headers and payload (request example in cUrl, feel free to supply in your own format, as long as all details are present)
- Full response, including status code and all headers
- IP address the call originated from
- Time when the error started occurring
- Were any changes made to the code that calls the Linkfire API around the time that the error started occurring?
If multiple different requests are failing, please provide the above for more than one request. If only some requests are failing, please provide requests that are successful.
Our Support team will review your inquiry and confirm when received. If needed it will be escalated to our team of engineers who will help identify and resolve the issue at hand.
