Linkfire’s QR code generator helps you reach more fans online and offline. Once you’ve created a QR code for your Linkfire link, you can easily add it to newsletters, flyers, email signatures, business cards, and other promotional materials.
How to create a QR code to promote your music
After creating a smart link, and publishing it, hover over it on your “Links” page and click “Get.”
(Please note: QR codes cannot be created for content links.)
You have two options to generate your QR code: “QR code to landing page” or “QR code direct-to-service.”
Select “QR code to landing page” if you’d like to direct fans to your Linkfire landing page, where they can choose their preferred destination (e.g., the streaming service they subscribe to).
If you want all link visitors going to the same destination (e.g., your music video on YouTube), then select “QR code direct-to-service” and choose the service you want to link to.
We’ll automatically generate your QR code, which you can download as a PNG or SVG. Select the format you prefer, then click “Download QR code.”
That’s it! Your Linkfire QR code is now ready to share. Use it in your offline promotional materials such as posters and business cards. And don’t forget to include it in your online assets such as your email signature, digital flyers, and event videos.
Once people start scanning your QR code, check out your Linkfire Insights to see how your link is performing. You can even create a new channel specifically for your QR code traffic to compare visits and click-throughs against other channels!
